Bio: Charley Ellsworth Grapewin was an American vaudeville performer and a stage and film actor who portrayed Aunt Ems husband Uncle Henry in MGMs The Wizard of Oz 1939 and Grandpa Joad in the film The Grapes of Wrath 1940. During the 1930s Grapewin is credited with appearances in more American movies than anyone else.
