Wole Soyinka

Bio: Akinwande Oluwole "Wole" Soyinka is a Nigerian playwright and poet. He was awarded the 1986 Nobel Prize in Literature, the first African to be so honored. Soyinka was born into a Yoruba family in Abeokuta.
