Bio: Anand Mohan Singh is a politician from the village of Panchgachiya, district Saharsa, Bihar, India. He belongs to Tomar Rajput clan. He is the founder of the Bihar People's Party and a convicted criminal awarded the death sentence for the murder of the district magistrate of Gopalganj.
