Bio: Junior "Cigano" dos Santos , is a Brazilian mixed martial artist and former UFC Heavyweight Champion. He is ranked as the #2 Heavyweight fighter in the world by Sherdog. Dos Santos is the only fighter who holds a victory over current UFC Heavyweight Champion Cain Velasquez, and the only fighter to knock out Mark Hunt in the UFC.
