Bio: Andrew Andreas Katsulas was an American actor known for his roles as Ambassador GKar in the science fiction television series Babylon 5 as the onearmed villain Sykes in the film The Fugitive 1993 and as the Romulan Commander Tomalak on Star Trek The Next Generation. He also played Vissian Captain Drennik in the Star Trek Enterprise episode Cogenitor.
