At 12:33 pm on Friday, the gunman entered the school and shot one student. CALL7 investigation team arrived on call for help and helped save many kids and unites them with their parents. CALL7 investigators identified the shooter as Karl Halverson Pierson who died from a shotgun wound, he was found in the classroom by a deputy who had called for help from the gunman shooting situation just five minutes earlier.

The gunman who shot a 15 year-old is still in critical condition, he actually came looking for librarian Tracy Murphy, to kill him because he kicked him out of the school’s debate team. Tracy escaped without injury.

“This shooting was the result of revenge on the part of the shooter because of a confrontation or a disagreement between the shooter and the teacher that the shooter was looking for when he entered the school just before 12:33 pm,”

Arapahoe county sheriff Grayson Robinson said. He further said that there was no warning, no threat beforehand. A search warrant is due to be release for the gunman’s home, Robinson said. His car and his father’s home were also searched by the detectives. Robinson said there was only one victim injured by the shot the other was just covered in first victim’s blood, who is now in critical condition after she went through her surgery in Littleton hospital on Friday.

Three students suffered anxiety attacks that were then treated and later sent home. The gunman left two Molotov cocktails one of which detonated inside the school and caused a lot of smoke that delayed their response for a while.
