MATCH SUMMARY:

Both teams are out and Haji Sufi optimistically tumbles into a penalty area. Referee shakes his head as Sphahir steps across left sided forward. Dzeko turns on a sixpence and attempts a goal from close range but Haghini clears it. Andranik Teymourian and Mehrdad Pooladi go for a header and Emeir Sphahir of Bosnia and Herzegovina falls. Dzeko sends a header for goal which Haghini easily gathers. Pjanic is down at Bosnian corner and shoots a dangerous free kick right into the wall. Iran’s best moment so far as Dejagah makes his way into the box and fires the ball across which Sphahic gathers on the six yard line. Bosnia has been the better team so far. Haji Sufi swings the ball right across Dani Blind’s territory and goalkeeper clears it. It’s been a frustrating match so far for Ashkan. Iran holds firm even with Bosnia having 71% possession of the ground. Dzeko whelps again but this time with precision which went right into the net, too wide for iran’s goalkeeper Alireza haghighi. Iran is quick to response. Shogaei picks up the ball right on edge of the box and shoots it underside the bar. Two Bosnian players crash into each other in centre circle. Besic brings down an Iranian player. Shojaei gets a free kick but it crashes into the wall and rolls down to Degovin who block Reza Ghoochannejhad’s shot. Dzeko misses a chance to shoot one for the team. Begovic juggles another Degagah free kick and Iran’s pejman Montazeri and Bosnia’s Vedad Ibisevic clash their heads.

HALF TIME

Iran makes substitution; heydari replaces Shojaei. Dejagah gets a free kick into the box and it gets wasted. Bosnia goals again. Pjanic takes a swift pass from Dzeko, who was aiming it for his team mate and Pjanic fires it pass Haghighi .Karim Ansari Fard replaces Degagah Besic fouls again. And Susic gets areplaced by Salihovic. Rain begins to hammer down in the city but players seem undisturbed. Ghoochannejhad goals for Iran. And just a minute later Bosnia shoots their third goal of the match. Vrsajevic storms into the box and fires the ball into the net. Poor haghighi. Karim Ansari Fahd gets booked. Three minutes added time but it all goes to vain and just like that Bosnia Herzegovina wins the match.
