The Hollywood famous star Ellen on announced publically that she is gay; the super star is known for her role in movie Juno.

Page announced the news on Friday during a crowded conference hall in Las Vegas, in a very emotional way.

She told the audience that, "I'm here today because I am gay. And because... maybe I can make a difference," further she explained that she is coming out because it is time to thrive, in a conference which was to promote the gay community related issues.

The 26 years old Page further explained that, "I am tired of hiding and I am tired of lying by omission," Page told the crowd. "I suffered for years, because I was scared to be out."

Page said that she has learned a lot from all the others who have announced publically, it is worth mentioning here that page is set to star in an upcoming X-Men movie.

"We deserve to experience love fully, equally, without shame and without compromise," she openly announced in the conference.

On twitter Page was appreciated by Human Right Campaign, which organized the conference.
