According to TMZ, on Friday, February 7, Trinidad James was arrested in Batesville, Mississippi, for possession of controlled substance after allegedly smoking marijuana in a hotel room.

After he was caught with the substance at Holiday Inn, Trinidad James is in custody currently, after being booked into county jail.

This happened just after two days of his party at Diddy’s Deleon Tequila Launch at Atlanta’s Vanquish nightclub with Wale, Rick Ross and a shirtless Justin Beiber.

Later Justin was also taken into custody due to his haphazard drive early in the morning, and he was arrested under suspicion of DUI in Miami, in addition the confident singer had also to turn to the police on January 29.

In the state of Mississippi the possession of marijuana is considered to be offense for that reason, therefore for the possession of 30 grams or less the holder is charged by $100 to $250.
